We have used Accent Plumbing for many years on several different properties. I have recommended them to family, friends and neighbors, knowing they will treat people right. No hard upsell, just fix what is wrong. The way plumbing service companies used to operate. We recently had some drain issues in our laundry/kitchen line that ended up being a couple of different problems. John fixed them all. He is a very polite, knowledgeable young man that stuck with it on the job until everything was fixed and our drains were running clear again. I can't say enough good things about John. Earlier that day, he was tied up on an extensive outdoor plumbing repair, and the office called to let me know my appointment would likely need to be rescheduled until the next day. Since I had already taken time off work, I asked if there was any way someone could still come out that day. After a brief hold, they told me John would make it happen. Looking back, I'm convinced John chose to fit us into his already busy schedule. When John arrived, he apologized for the delay and explained he had been finishing the earlier plumbing job. From that point on, he exceeded every expectation. He repaired our bathtub faucet, found and fixed an issue with the tub spout, unclogged one of our sinks, and even went into the garage on his own to make sure our water heater wasn't leaking. I never asked him to do that, he simply took the initiative because he genuinely cared about doing the job right. What stood out most was that John didn't just fix the problems, he found the root cause. He was thorough, proactive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Before leaving, he even took the time to show me everything he had repaired on his tablet and explained the work that had been completed. John is an exceptional technician and a tremendous asset to your company. Employees like him are hard to find. If anyone deserves to be Employee of the Month—or even Employee of the Year—it's John.
